I will taking my PHR in Jan 2011- I need all the help I an get. I have the SHRM learning systmem- But would love to know more about the HRCP program. I took the exam one time already in June failed by 5 points.  I would love to know more about the HRCP program.

I am currently preparing for the PHR in June and am using SHRM Learning System. I got it on Amazon for a lot of money, but cheaper than HRCI/SHRM. I have also ordered the flash cards by HRCP – they only cost $25. I believe that you cannot rely on one set of materials alone, so read up on latest laws and visit government websites as well. Thats what I am doing!
